Great to talk to Network Rail just now about embankments and the clay devil and the impact of heavy ongoing rain in the winter and drought in the summer and the very specific problems of water logging and drainage and cracks in the summer.
Delighted that Network Rail will investigate with us potential drainage solutions on the embankment and pitch and have listened to out pitch (pun intended!) for pitch funding for astroturf as a way forward.
